HOW TO: Detox your Body in 1 Day!



These are some of my tips and tricks on how I de-bloat my body after eating too much junk food! Hope they work for you too! Detox Yoga | Plant Nanny App | *** MORE LINKS BELOW *** Detox Smoothie: 1 Banana 1 Cup coconut water 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 tbsp powdered ginger ( try half if you don't want it spicy!) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1-2 dashes cayenne pepper 1 tbsp chia seed (optional) 1 tsp maca powder Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice until desired consistency. Enjoy! TIP: I added 1 tbsp ginger and couldn't really drink it! I would suggest trying 1/2 tbsp first and then add more if you want the taste!
