Continuing our Intermediate Series for Cycle 2, we will do Bicep & Tricep combined on Wednesday. Of course if you started your week on a different day other than Monday simply do the exercises in sequence and order as they appear, and repeat the full week for at least 4 weeks. Make sure you stretch before workout.
